Vectorology Platform
The vectorology platform is used to produce AAV-type viral vectors on demand, for both industrial and academic projects.
Presentation
We specialize in the production of AAVs, both recombinant and libraries for protein screening. We can custom-produce recombinant AAVs of any serotype.
Safety level 1 AAV vectors encoding reporter or specific genes are produced and injected on the platform.
Vector titration is carried out by ddPCR (BioRad QX200) or qPCR, using ITR viral sequence titration. Our vectors are tested for sterility and the absence of endotoxins. Other quality controls can be carried out according to user requirements, and after discussion with the platform managers.
